How to download and set up driver for Windows/MacBook?

Windows: Insert the USB disk→Open the (Windows driver) folder to get the drive→double click the driver software to install→ According to the system prompts can quickly complete the installation.

MacBook: Insert the USB disk→Open the (Mac driver) folder to get the drive→double click the driver software to install→ According to the system prompts can quickly complete the installation.

Why does the test print only print out blank pages when the printer driver is successfully installed?

1）Please check if the paper size setting of the printer is correct and adjust the scale and margins in preview page or page setup.

2）Please check if the label sticker purchased is a thermal label sticker, the printer only supports printing thermal labels, no ink or toner or ribbon needed.

(Check the label sticker method: please place the label paper in the printer, turn off the power, finger press the top button of the printer without releasing, turn on the power, wait for 2 seconds, finger release the top button, then the printer will automatically print the test page, such as normal print content, the label paper is thermal label paper. If there is no printed content, please replace the thermal label stickers)

3）Please make sure your labels are properly loaded. The printing side is facing up.

I installed the printer driver. Why am I still unable to print?

(1) The printer needs to be powered on and connected to the computer prior to installing the driver. Please uninstall the driver and try to reinstallation.

(2) The print port is occupied. Please go to the “Printer properties” of your computer and change a different USB port.

Operation: Device and Printer→Printer Properties→Port→Select other USB port(USB001~USB005).

(3) You have not successfully installed the driver. Please reinstall the corresponding operating system driver in the U disk.
